Job Description


  • Responsible for supervising the housekeeping and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Responsible for dispatching mails/ couriers and keeping the records on daily basis.
  • Visit Banks, Govt Offices (BESCOM, Maintenance Office, Municipality Office etc.) and get necessary transactions done
  • Maintenance of office records like attendance, labour forms, offer letters, severance letters, Tax forms, registers like fixed assets registers, visitors registers, etc.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment (Plumber, Electrician, Mason, A/C vendor etc.)
  • Talk to various vendors and get quotes Office repair work, furniture, purchase of equipment etc.
  • Take care of logistic issues like booking tickets, hotel rooms for visitors coming from Chennai office, US office etc.
  • Arranging Meeting/ Conference room whenever required.
  • Answer incoming calls & redirect to respective department or keep messages.
  • Receive letter, couriers & packages etc. and handover to respective department.
  • Supervise security, maintain Inward outward of visitors, vendors etc.
  • Maintain stock and inventory details
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support- Xerox, Scanning, Filing.
  • Assist Accounts and HR departments as required issue salary slips, assist in campus recruitment preparation, birthday / festival celebrations
  • Ensure contact list is updated for all the locations.
